Horses on site
Meet five friendly Icelandic horses
Just next to the Plane Wreck area you’ll find our gentle herd. You’re welcome to walk to the fence, offer small pieces of bread, and give them a friendly pat — please be calm and respectful.
The herd:
-
Blési – curious trailblazer who loves company (and photos).
-
Fagriblakkur – calm gentleman with a silky mane; perfect for kids to pet.
-
Mjöll – sweet and patient; happiest with soft strokes and a tiny treat.
-
Stormur – the proud leader, steady and polite.
-
Kóngur – the foodie clown who’ll follow you along the fence for seconds.
Quick rules: Only small bread pieces, stay outside the fence, no litter, and wash/sanitize hands after contact.
